AI Content & Creative Apprentice
One person, three months, real responsibility for how Karigor shows up. Produce AI-assisted video, design social graphics, and help operate the content engine — working inside the Karigor team.
Careers at Karigor AI Labs
We build, host, and evolve production AI agents that run real businesses — backed by the R&D that makes them better: evaluation, self-improvement, safety. This page is where you join that work.
Not a chatbot shop, not an agency — an agentic engineering lab with the ambition to compete internationally, from Bangladesh.
A multi-tenant agent platform in production — auth, billing, evaluation, and orchestration built in-house, running live agents for real businesses.
Our reference deployment handles 98.6% of customer conversations end to end. Changes are eval-gated: quality is a number we track, not a claim we make.
An in-house evaluation platform, R&D on recursive self-improvement and AI-safety mechanisms, and the production research that makes agents genuinely better for businesses.
Five people today — engineering, content, sales, and operations, from full-time to contractual. The next seat could be yours.
Everyone here owns outcomes. Engineers ship agents that close sales at night; the content operation turns real product work into public evidence; sales carries the product into rooms it hasn't been before. New teammates work inside that rhythm from week one — mentored by the whole team, reviewed on the work itself, never left to watch from the side.
We are remote-first with regular Dhaka meetups, Bangla-rooted with an international ambition, and direct with feedback — because finished, public, reviewed work is how everyone here got good.
Applications start with a conversation — our agent on this page handles it. It's the same kind of agent we build for clients: consider it your first look at the work.
Entry program
Paid, three-month apprenticeships where you learn by owning real parts of the lab's operation — working inside the team, season by season — each season opens the seats the lab needs next. The apprenticeship tracks are listed here; not every open role at the lab is an apprenticeship.
Season 1 applications closed on 20 August 2026. Season 2 dates will be announced here.
No apprenticeship carries a guaranteed permanent role afterwards. We publish what a season actually produced — including the seats we did not fill.
AI content & creative production
Operate the content engine: AI-assisted video, editing, social graphics, carousels, platform monitoring, and brand development. Season 1 applications closed on 20 August 2026 and the seat is still unfilled, so selection continues. Three months, ৳5,000/month, full-time, primarily remote with Dhaka meetups.
Data & research support
Support the lab’s research: data annotation, dataset curation, and the evaluation work our agents are scored against. Season 1 selection is in progress — we are working through candidates now and have appointed nobody yet.
Growth operations on our own platform
Operate the growth machine Karigor runs for itself, on Karigor’s own platform: qualifying inbound, outreach sequences and follow-up, booking, and running programs and announcements. The apprentice learns our AI tooling and skill library from day one, with direct feedback on every piece of work. Three months, ৳5,000/month, full-time, remote with a weekly Dhaka meetup — filled for Season 1, starting 1 September 2026.
Each role page carries its full requirements and application process, and says whether it is still taking applications. Season 1 applications closed on 20 August 2026. Season 2 dates will be announced here.

Agent architecture, evaluation harnesses, retrieval, model selection, and the cost engineering that decides whether an agent is affordable to run — the same problems the large AI labs work on, done from Dhaka, in Bangla, on real customers’ money. This is the first commercial seat: you build how that work reaches a market.
