What this is

Karigor AI Labs is looking for one emerging creative operator who can turn strong ideas into videos, graphics, social content, and a brand people remember.

This is not a role for generating random AI images or posting whatever is trending. You will help run Karigor’s creative and social-media engine: research ideas, shape hooks, produce content, monitor how people respond, and improve the next version. You will work with AI video and creative tools — but the tool is not the craft. Your judgment is.

You will work inside the Karigor team — day to day with the people running our content operation, with engineering and sales around you, and with structured founder review on the work that ships. The work is real, the feedback is direct, and the finished output will represent the brand publicly. If you want a passive internship, this is not it.

What you’ll actually do

  • Produce AI-assisted videos from concept to final export — hooks, scripts, shot lists, controlled generation, editing, captions, platform versions
  • Design flyers, social graphics, and carousel posts inside Karigor’s actual visual system
  • Help operate the social engine across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn — scheduled monitoring during working hours, logging, escalation
  • Adapt every approved idea properly for each platform instead of copy-pasting one asset everywhere
  • Research formats, trends, and competitor activity — every research note ends in a recommendation
  • Pitch original content ideas instead of waiting for briefs
  • Protect Karigor’s voice, evidence, and positioning — verify every claim, never invent facts
  • Manage the complete asset workflow: folders, versions, prompts, approvals, publishing links
  • Learn from performance without inventing conclusions

Who we’re looking for

You do not need to arrive as a finished creative director. You do need to show that you can make something, examine it honestly, take feedback, and produce a better version.

  • You have your own computer that can run video-editing software smoothly, and reliable internet for daily remote work — a phone-only setup cannot do this job
  • You can produce in at least one creative lane: video editing, AI-assisted video, graphic/carousel design, social content, motion, or visual storytelling
  • You use AI as part of a real creative process — give context, set constraints, reject weak output, explain what you changed and why
  • You have visual judgment: you notice unreadable text, careless spacing, a video that takes too long to reach the idea
  • You understand that Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn behave differently
  • You write clear English; working Bangla fluency is strongly preferred
  • You are reliable enough to run scheduled monitoring, record what happened, and escalate without delay
  • You can take direct feedback and show the improvement in the next version
  • You respect facts as much as creativity — if the accurate version is less dramatic, you use the accurate version

What you don’t need

  • A particular degree or university
  • Previous full-time employment or agency experience
  • A large personal following
  • Professional camera equipment
  • Paid access to every AI platform
  • A perfectly polished commercial portfolio — personal projects count when they demonstrate real thought

What you get

  • A paid three-month apprenticeship — real work with real output expectations, not unpaid "exposure"
  • Mentorship inside a working team — day-to-day guidance from the people running content, engineering, and sales, plus founder review on ideas, hooks, and revisions
  • Real responsibility inside an AI-native brand: your work supports live campaigns, product communication, and brand development
  • End-to-end creative experience — everything that happens before and after the visible asset
  • Practical experience with AI creative tools: scripting, video generation, voice, image, editing, programmatic video, analytics
  • A stronger body of work, connected to real business goals and real feedback (portfolio use approved case-by-case)
  • Experience operating a brand, not only creating for it: calendars, approvals, monitoring, escalation, performance review

The honest part

The daily commitment is substantial — this is not designed to run beside another full-time role or a class schedule that regularly conflicts with working hours.

There is no guaranteed permanent role after the program. Strong performance may lead to a conversation, but apply because you want the work and the learning.

Selection process

  1. 1

    Talk to our agent

Your application starts with a short conversation with the Karigor agent on this page — the same kind of agent we build for clients. It checks the basics and hands you the application form.

  2. 2

    The application form

A detailed written application: portfolio links, your process, and specific long-form answers. No resume needed at this stage — your answers and your work carry the application.

  3. 3

    Practical screening

Shortlisted applicants complete three compact tasks that mirror the real role: an AI video prompt challenge, a social hook audit, and a monitoring crisis response.

  4. 4

    Team conversation

Finalists sit with the Karigor team for a final conversation about their work and decisions — including explaining one submitted choice and making one small revision live. Then we decide, either way.

Before you apply, confirm honestly:

  • I have a computer capable of video editing (not a phone-only setup) and reliable internet for daily remote work.
  • I can commit 7–8 working hours per day for three months.
  • I understand this is one role covering both creative production and social-media operations.
  • I can work primarily remotely and attend occasional Dhaka meetups when scheduled.
  • I can receive direct feedback and revise my work.
  • I will identify AI-generated or AI-assisted work honestly, and never invent facts, claims, or results.
